Our client is a large, well recognised brand, seeking a Product Specialist – B2B eCommerce for a large and exciting project. This contract is initially through until June 2024, though there are lots of projects in the eCommerce space and every possibility for a longer contract.
Responsibilities Include;
- Execute project activity in line with strategic plan and support accordingly
- Act as a support to the Senior B2B Manager – eCommerce owning deliverables and tasks and representing the customer in the relevant workstreams
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the project goals – representing the customer and the digital product experience at all times
- Work with the Senior B2B Manager eCommerce to plan your time adequately to estimate the work needed to ensure effective management of risk during project execution
- Ensure you capture and track issues and risks so that potential problems can be identified in a timely manner and corrective action can be taken when necessary, to ensure the project goals, costs and schedule can be met
- Supporting and actively participate in project change as opportunities arise
- Working with the IT functions to support the facilitation of User Acceptance Testing
Skills required;
- Must demonstrate experience in a similar eCommerce role
- A working understanding on the SAP Commerce Cloud Platform
- Experience in updating websites and ecommerce stores – B2B experience desirable
- An analytical mindset that can look for opportunities to grow revenue and customer experience from the current platform through configuration changes or suggest enhancement to grow the eCommerce business
- Basic understanding of html
- Previous experience using online metrics tools (GA360 will be highly regarded)
- Strong data management skills, including maintaining and reporting
- Passionate about the digital space
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities while delivering exceptional work within the required timeframes
- Ability to self-manage while being an integral team member, supporting peers and helping them in peak times to deliver outcomes
- Perseverance and resilience to manage setbacks and work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide clear instruction and guidance to others helping them to understand how to implement process
- Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive outlook toward change, ensuring organisation and attention to detail is always maintained
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
