Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented PMO Administrator with experience supporting complex IT projects? We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced PMO Administrator to join our team and play a key role in helping to deliver critical technology initiatives.
About the Role
As the PMO Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide end-to-end project coordination and administrative support across a wide range of project activities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth project operations and governance by assisting with planning, reporting, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day administration and coordination of project tasks and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely delivery and escalation of issues
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and team communications, ensuring agendas, minutes, and actions are recorded and followed up
- Support financial tracking, including timesheet management, invoice processing, and budget reporting
- Help manage resource onboarding, access requests, and contractor coordination
- Ensure adherence to project governance standards, templates, and processes
About You
- 5–7 years’ experience in a PMO Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar project support role
- Strong experience supporting IT projects – ERP project experience highly regarded (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level of attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, SharePoint – experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
