Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to our continued growth and success, focusing on expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving new business in the competitive SAP recruitment space
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods to establish new business relationships
- Winning New Business: Develop and execute strategies to secure new clients, leveraging Speller International's strong reputation and extensive network within the SAP industry
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with high-quality SAP talent
- Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor in SAP recruitment
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on SAP industry trends and market conditions to identify business opportunities and position Speller International as a leader in SAP recruitment
- Collaboration: Work closely with our SAP Candidate Management Division and other internal teams to deliver seamless and effective recruitment solutions

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, or being a high performer in any sales based role. Preferably within the recruitment or SAP sectors, however this is not essential
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a passion for driving business success
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
