Business Analyst (eCommerce)

Role

Analyse and document business processes and system requirements, analyse and understand data and technical systems, communicate technical matters, facilitate workshops, on high profile loyalty implementation.

Work you’ll do;

• Perform business analysis duties including requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis and design
• Understand data structures and analyse data as required
• Understand technical solutions, how they work and how they integrate together
• Complete solution design activities ensuring design takes into account data and integration elements
• Participate in business case preparation and authoring, contributing technology related content as required
• Contribute to project plans in order to deliver required outcomes, challenge information being presented from internal and external teams to ensure that the project will be run in a complete, efficient and low risk manner

Required:

• 7+ years experience in a business analyst or systems analyst role
• 5+ years experience in Information Technology / Digital required
• 2+ years experience working with outsourced development partners (including offshore resources) required
• 2+ years experience working in Agile projects highly desirable
• Experience working with consumer data mandatory
• Experience in eCommerce and with Loyalty systems
• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to prepare requirements documents and other project artefacts as required
• Experience managing delivery of small and medium sized initiatives
• Ability to quickly understand technical complexities
• Ability to communicate with resources of various IT disciplines to a good level (e.g. developers, network, infrastructure)
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills
• Well-developed interpersonal, consultation and communication skills
