Meet The Team5

This week we sit down with Amy Sinclair, our newest team member. We get to know about her newly formed role and what she's looking forward to in 2022.

What is your role at Speller? What does an average day involve?

I am the Project and Operations Coordinator – I will be looking after various aspects of BAU functions such as business compliance, reporting and HR; as well as specific business improvement projects of system and processes

Tell us a bit about your professional background

I have over 10 years’ experience working specifically in business improvement, project management and operational support roles in the finance, customer service and recruitment industries in both Australia and the UK.

What are you enjoying about your role at Speller?

That there’s a lot to get stuck into! The team are all fantastic too!

Where do we find you in your downtime?

I have a horse, so you’ll most likely find me with him; I’m getting back into trail-running, love day trips or trying out a new café/brunch-spot.

What's your favourite part of Australia?

I’ve spent a lot of time in south-west WA so that’s probably top of my list at the moment; super keen to get up to QLD or NT at some point.

What does 2022 hold both professionally and personally for you?

Professionally: working with a great new team and having plenty of opportunity to develop improvements to business systems, policies and process in order to make everyone’s lives that bit easier!

Personally: Hoping to get onto the property ladder!

Welcome to the Speller Team, Amy!
