Meet The Team5

Tell us a bit about your history, Maddison Greer

I was born in Sydney, Australia but we moved around a lot while I was growing up. In my early teenage years, my family moved to Sweden for my father’s work where we lived for three years. Whilst in Sweden, I travelled to many countries throughout Europe and fell in love with exploring new places and learning about the area’s history and culture.

Eventually, we moved back to Australia where we returned to the Central Coast, North of Sydney. This is where I completed my High School Certificate. Once I finished school, I studied psychology at the University of Newcastle where I found a passion for understanding human behaviour.

Throughout my tertiary studies, I completed electives in literary poetry, philosophy and indigenous history where I satisfied my love of the arts. Once I graduated from my degree, I spent some time travelling around New Zealand, exploring the volcanic regions of the North Island. Three years after I finished my degree, I moved to Melbourne to enjoy the inner city lifestyle and the coffee culture.

Having recently joined the Speller team, what are you most looking forward to in your role as Office Support?

I am looking forward to learning as much as possible about the processes surrounding the recruitment industry and how I can best support the well-established team. With previous experience in administration I hope to be able to learn quickly.

Where do we find you in your down time?

  • I am usually at home reading a book or watching TV with my cat on week nights

  • On the weekends I like to have brunch or dinner with friends

What does 2018 hold both professionally and personally for you?

Professionally, I look forward to building my office administration skills and learning as much as possible about Speller International and the SAP industry. Personally, I look forward to moving closer to the city.
