Team Social2

Last week the Speller Social Media team headed out together for dinner to discuss plans for the year ahead regarding our newsletter and other social media activities.

With the exception of Lechée who lives and breathes all things social at Speller, the rest of the team contribute to newsletter ideas, blog writing and reviewing and social media campaigns over and above their regular recruitment commitments.

We have a voice from each facet of the business to ensure we cover all things SAP in our blogs. Sometimes the team write their own blogs, the majority of the time a combination of the below contribute their thoughts on a topic which is then compiled into blogs with the author “Speller International”.

So who makes up the Social Media team at Speller?

Scott Anstey – Candidate Manager

With over 6 years SAP recruitment experience, there are few things Scott doesn’t know about SAP candidate management. He has shared great advice on how to improve your CV, interview tips and the value of a SAP certification.

Judy Cole – Sales Director

As Sales Director, Judy is across every requirement that comes into our office and every deal that is done which is how she produces our Quarterly Crunch – raw stats based on our actual sales for the quarter. She does our annual EOFY market review and writes an end of calendar year recap in addition to some more management pieces such as leading a team that isn’t “you”.

Lechée De Chavez – Project and Marking Coordinator

Lechée’s role in the social media team is to coordinate it all. She works with the team members to choose the monthly topics, assign blog writing, research topics, compile the blogs, proof read and edit, coordinate publishing the blogs and works with our external digital company to produce and send the actual newsletter. Lechée also shares the blogs to our social media channels (LinkedIn, Google+ and Twitter) and monitors and responds to comments on the website and across each of the social channels.

Matthew Leak – Recruitment Consultant

Having spent over 2 years at Speller focussing on our Corporate Services (SAP Users) offerings and more recently in the SAP IT space, and with 9 years as a recruiter, Matt has extensive knowledge on both candidate management and establishing client relationships and account management. He has shared his thoughts on ending a contract at Christmas, assessing whether a counter offer really works and the benefits of a SAP Super User.

Chris Oughton – Senior Recruitment Consultant

Chris has been the face of Spellers Change, Training and Documentation Division since August 2014. As a 360 degree consultant with almost a decade in recruitment, Chris works with both candidates and clients in the Change/Training landscape and has shared advice on going permanent, how to plan leave while contracting and making the most of your recruiter as a client.

Mary Vidovich – Senior Account Manager

Mary has over 11 years’ experience in recruitment and the SAP market, having touched on all areas of SAP recruitment from administration and projects through to candidate management and now as a Senior Account Manager. Mary works on business development and assisting our clients around Australia and has written blogs on a variety of topics from her cheeky GosSAP column and Hot or Not to more informative pieces such as Projects on Hold.

As the newsletter is produced solely to share our SAP information with you the reader, let us know what topics you would like to see in the coming months. And if you’re keen to share your knowledge or ideas with us on the world of SAP, get in touch with us to be a guest blog writer – we’ve had consultants share their own experiences from a “Day in a Life”, what its like as an SAP graduate starting a career, Women in SAP… the list goes on.
