Strike A Balance Sap Careers And Parenting Prowess2

Parental leave is as individual as your parenting style – how long you stay at home with your child is a personal choice which can be influenced by both internal and external factors – and what works for you and your family can vary from your first child to subsequent children. When you do decide to return to the workforce, the transition can be filled with mixed emotions and can leave you wondering how it’s all going to work.

We’ve interviewed 3 SAP consultants who have recently returned to work after taking time out of their career to raise the next generation of SAP superstars. They each share their own personal challenges during their transition back to work, and how they’ve kept the balance between being a parent and being a SAP consultant.
