Scott Anstey   -  SAP Candidate Manager & SAP Customer Engagement Manager


Scott joined the Resource Team in 2010 as a SAP Candidate Manager with a background in sales and customers service. Scott’s passionate, professional, yet relaxed style enables him to put his candidates at ease and has allowed him to establish a large network within the SAP community. By combining his specialties with the rapport Scott builds with his candidates, he achieves a complete understanding of what each individual is looking for and uses that understanding to work collaboratively to find them the right role.
In 2017 Scott commenced a concurrent role as our SAP Customer Engagement Manager alongside his SAP Candidate Management duties. This newly created role is purely about a great customer experience, minus the recruitment sales focus. Scott works closely with our existing and previous contractors as well as our wider SAP network on SAP market updates, career advice, and a guide on professional development and other SAP advice. His goal is to help candidates progress their SAP career, and support our Candidate Management team to assist candidates in securing their next SAP role. Additionally he supports the Business Development Team with their Client engagement including SAP market updates and market mapping.

Jack began his career in IT recruitment in 2010 in the UK. Following his career successes, he was headhunted to join Speller International late 2013. Initially working to assist in the growth of our eastern-seaboard client base, Jack moved into the Resource Team in 2014 to focuses on high level candidate management across the IT division. Lechée De Chavez   -  Project & Marketing Coordinator


Joining the Speller International team in 2013, Lechée works closely with the Director to coordinate all internal projects. Her primary focus is to improve business systems to support the work of our high performing management, sales and resourcing team. Lechée is responsible for the coordination and execution of the organisations marketing and social media strategy, in addition to managing all external staff training.

She previously worked in higher education for 8 years, coordinating and managing the delivery of executive education in Australia and overseas and brings an extremely high level of efficiency and exceptional customer service to the Speller International team.

Amanda Masters   -  Payroll / Accounts Support


Amanda joined Speller International in August 2017 in the newly created part time role of Payroll / Accounts Support. She is responsible for processing all of the month end invoices for our clients and preparing the weekly payroll for our 130+ contractors. She works closely with the Bookkeeper to provide support in the smooth processing of all company financial functions and manages all pay related queries for our contractors.

Amanda has an extensive and varied Office Administration/Operations Management background which has allowed her to “hit the ground running” and she looks forward to being able to share and extend her knowledge to improve payroll and account support to Speller. Amanda’s keen eye for detail and friendly nature makes her an asset to both the Administration and wider Speller International team.

Robyn McIntyre   -  Finance Manager (Part Time)


Offering freelance bookkeeping and financial services for the past ten years, Robyn has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Working for Speller International since 2006, her role involves processing all internal and external payroll and executing all company financial processes in both Australia and New Zealand.

Robyn is responsible for generating all financial reporting and reconciliations for the organisation and is thorough and meticulous in her work.

Maria McNally

Maria McNally   -  SAP Candidate Manager


Maria is an experienced recruitment consultant who has been working in the IT industry since 2008, initially in Ireland and then from 2012 in the Australian market. She joined Speller International in April 2013 to establish the SAP Corporate Service Division, delivering high quality SAP Users to our established and new clients in the areas of payroll, finance, logistics and procurement and then became part of the Candidate Management team in June 2014. After taking 15 months maternity leave, Maria returned to the Candidate Management Team in January 2017 in a part time position. Maria’s dedicated customer care and her thorough search and head hunting skills has enabled her to excel in placing candidates in both contract and permanent positions across all modules of SAP.

Kate returned to Melbourne in January after 7 years of living in London and travelling. She joined the Speller International team in March 2017 as the Office Manager and has developed the role into the new position of Sales Office Coordinator which commenced in July 2017. Kate is responsible for the day to day running of the office, onboarding new contractors and assisting the Sales team to maximise performance. Her role includes reviewing processes across both Administration and Sales to implement improvements for efficiency and better customer service to our stakeholders. She also works closely with the Accounts team as the liaison between Accounts and both clients and candidates.

Kate is responsible for developing key client and candidate events, bringing her previous knowledge and expertise from Event planning to Speller International. Kate’s friendly demeanour and ability to juggle multiple tasks, combined with her strong customer service makes her a valuable addition to the Speller Team.

Chris Oughton   -  Senior SAP Recruitment Consultant - Change, Training and Documentation


Chris joined the Speller International team in 2014 with over 7 years recruitment experience, gained both in London and more recently in Melbourne. After establishing a strong career in the Human Resources recruitment space, Chris shifted his focus to the provision of senior Change Manager/Analysts and Learning & Development Managers/Trainers where he has had the majority of his success.
Heading up the SAP Change Training & Documentation division, Chris applies his ability to build strong relationships and utilises his current networks in Australia to establish himself as an asset to the myriad of specialists within the division and in March 2016 was promoted to Senior SAP Recruitment Consultant.
