SuccessFactors Business Analyst
A major HRIS transformation program is underway to modernise workforce, payroll, rostering, safety and HR capabilities across multiple government agencies. This is one of the largest workforce transformation initiatives currently underway in Australia.
The program is being delivered in partnership with a global systems integrator and includes an integrated technology landscape spanning SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), UKG Workforce Management, and Safety Suite. The program is now progressing into its next major phase focused on implementation, business
You will work within a large multi-vendor program environment alongside senior program leadership, delivery partners and multiple government agencies to ensure business processes, readiness activities and implementation planning are successfully defined and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support agencies to implement agreed Stop, Start, Continue actions, including translating actions into practical changes to processes, roles, or ways of working.
- Collaborate with agencies to document current state business processes, producing clear and validated process maps that reflect existing operations.
- Provide support to agencies on project planning activities, including defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and required artefacts.
- Work with agencies to assess and support business readiness activities, prioritising readiness actions in alignment with program phases and delivery timelines.
- Engage with stakeholders across HR, payroll, rostering and operational teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and system delivery.
- Support alignment of processes and readiness activities across SuccessFactors, ECP, UKG and Safety Suite workstreams.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong Business Analyst / Technical Analyst / SME experience in HRIS, payroll or workforce management transformation programs.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or integrated HR and payroll environments (ECP and UKG experience highly regarded).
- Experience supporting large workforce or payroll transformation programs.
- Ability to bridge business operations and technical delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across complex, multi-organisation environments.
- Experience working within large transformation programs or ERP environments highly regarded.
Work Environment
- Location: Tasmania – Travel every 2nd week required
- Contract role on a major multi-year transformation program.
