SAP SuccessFactors EC Solution Lead

SAP SuccessFactors EC Solution Lead

Melbourne | Hybrid Working | Permanent Opportunity

Are you an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certified Consultant looking for your next challenge?

Perhaps you've spent years delivering Employee Central projects, leading workshops, configuring solutions and advising customers, and you're now looking for an opportunity to broaden your expertise while still leveraging your deep SuccessFactors knowledge.

We're partnering with an innovative HR technology organisation seeking an SAP SuccessFactors EC Solution Lead to become a key implementation expert within their growing team.

This is not your typical SuccessFactors consulting role.

While your SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise will remain at the core of what you do, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a specialist implementation role working with a market-leading HR document generation and document management solution that integrates with SuccessFactors and recruitment platforms.

With comprehensive onboarding and product training provided, you'll become the trusted advisor helping organisations deliver seamless end-to-end HR, recruitment and employee document processes.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

• Leverage your SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise in a new and innovative way
• Become a recognised specialist in a growing HR technology solution
• Work closely with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment Management (RCM) and related recruitment technologies
• Expand your consulting skillset beyond traditional SuccessFactors configuration
• Partner directly with customers to design and implement business-critical HR solutions
• Join a collaborative organisation focused on innovation and growth

About You

We're keen to speak with professionals who possess:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
• Strong implementation and consulting experience across SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements and delivering customer solutions

• A passion for learning new technologies and becoming a subject matter expert
• The ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into effective technology solutions

Highly regarded:

Why Consider This Role?

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced SuccessFactors consultant who enjoys working with customers and solving business problems but is ready to broaden their horizons beyond pure system configuration.

If you're looking to combine your SuccessFactors expertise with the opportunity to learn a new technology, build a unique consulting profile and take your career in an exciting new direction, we'd love to hear from you.
