We’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central Payroll – ECP) to join a leading organisation on a long-term contract engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an existing ECP implementation and make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and optimising the ECP system — identifying areas for improvement, implementing system and potential process changes, and ensuring the platform operates accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review current SuccessFactors ECP configuration and payroll processes
• Recommend and implement system and process enhancements
• Resolve payroll accuracy and efficiency issues
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance
• Support end users and provide knowledge transfer where required

Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP (Employee Central Payroll)
• Skills in Recruitment and Onboarding and Learning and Development will be beneficial
• Solid understanding of Employee Central, Payroll, and Integration with HR and finance systems
• Experience reviewing and remediating existing ECP implementations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

This is a remote-friendly role, open to candidates anywhere in Australia, with a preference for those based in Perth or Brisbane.
