Our client, a well known brand and leader in their field, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP SD Business Partner and Delivery Lead (Commercial), reporting directly to the CIO. The role will be accountable for all technology strategy & delivery to the commercial functions of the organisation and form deep partnerships with the General Management team as well as their direct teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for the technology delivery, ongoing development & maintenance from IT to the commercial functions of the organisation.
- Accountable for the ongoing development, upgrades, vendor management & usage of SAP SD & Salesforce as our core ERP & CRM platforms.
- Represent IT into the aligned business functions
- Effective program and project management of initiatives
- Support, Monitor and Consult the aligned business functions to ensure the uptake of business transformation and change
- Ensure solution designs across IT align with strategic and tactical business objectives
- Maintain a culture of customer focus and value creation
- Provide Business Process and IT expertise
Key Requirements:
- Proven history in Sales technology design & implementation from the ground up.
- 10+ years’ experience a within sales / commercial / marketing IT areas.
- Significant experience in the implementation & ongoing development of SAP SD (ideally in S/4 HANA).
- Advising C-Suite stakeholders - ability to consult with senior leadership and set the agenda independently on the technology roadmaps for commercial IT solutions.
- Ideally you will have started your career in a functional role, within SAP SD, MM, WM
- SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) experience desirable
- Salesforce CRM experience desirable
- 5+ years experience working in an IT Management/Business Systems Management role
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Self-starter by nature, with the ability to think outside of the box
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to drive plans, programs and solutions
- Experience managing the technology life cycle, support models, strategies and roadmap
