SAP Project Manager (SAP SuccessFactors ECP)

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Project Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering large-scale HR and Payroll initiatives across multiple business units.

This is a long-term contract opportunity working on a complex SAP SuccessFactors landscape with a strong pipeline of upcoming project work.

The Role

As the SAP SuccessFactors ECP Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of enterprise-wide payroll transformation initiatives, managing stakeholders across business and technology teams, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ECP project delivery
• Manage project timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and governance activities
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and System Integrators
• Drive workshops and stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, and IT
• Oversee implementation, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities
• Manage dependencies across Employee Central, ECP, Time, and integrations
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and compliance requirements
• Provide leadership across multi-stream transformation initiatives

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors ECP projects
• Strong Project Management background within enterprise SAP environments
• Experience managing complex HR / Payroll transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
• Experience working with global or multi-country payroll environments highly regarded
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Contract Details

• Long term contract opportunity (multi year program of work)
• Can be based remotely, with travel to Hobart every other week for a few days 
• Competitive daily rate
