SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program with one of Australia's leading industrial organisations.

This is a long-term engagement supporting a large-scale SAP implementation already underway. The successful candidate will take ownership of delivery governance, stakeholder management, implementation partner engagement, and overall program execution to ensure successful outcomes across the business.

• Initial 12-18 month engagement.
• Up to $1000 daily

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a complex SAP transformation program.
• Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders, executives and external implementation partners.
• Drive project governance, reporting, risk and issue management.
• Coordinate delivery across business and technical teams.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive updates.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies and budget.
• Ensure successful progression through design, build, testing and deployment phases.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and roadblocks.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP projects as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Strong SAP implementation experience, ideally across S/4HANA environments.
• Demonstrated success managing external Systems Integrators and delivery partners.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong governance, reporting and delivery management capability.

Desirable Experience

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience.
• Manufacturing, chemicals, industrial, utilities or supply chain industry experience.
• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
• Experience working on large enterprise ERP programs.
