We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join a high-performing team supporting large-scale HR and payroll transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work across complex environments, delivering high-quality payroll solutions to meet evolving business needs.

We welcome candidates with experience in on-premise SAP Payroll (ECC) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

The Opportunity

Based in Sydney, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Payroll solutions across a range of projects. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will contribute to end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support of payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the configuration and implementation of SAP Payroll solutions (ECC and/or ECP)
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable payroll solutions
• Configure payroll schemas, rules, and related components to support complex requirements
• Ensure solutions are compliant with Australian payroll legislation (STP, Superannuation, Terminations, etc.)
• Provide ongoing support and optimisation of payroll systems post-implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain high standards of solution quality, documentation, and governance
• Support and mentor junior team members where required

About You

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP Payroll (ECC and/or ECP)
• Strong configuration expertise across payroll schemas and rules
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end payroll implementations on medium to large projects
• Solid understanding of Australian payroll requirements and compliance
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience working across transformation or system upgrade programs

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and broader HXM suite)
• Experience with Time Evaluation or Current Employment configuration
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
