HR Business Analyst (Reporting expereince)
Our client is currently looking for an experienced BA for a HR project in Melbourne.
Responsibilites
- Defining task level responsibilities for each Reporting Stream priority
- Mapping and coordinating dependent tasks across Stream priorities
- Assisting development of SME education tools
- Assisting SME’s to define their reporting requirements, engage their stakeholders and receive appropriate sign-of
- Assist in ensuring that we do not duplicate effort between our priorities, which is a risk given that the HRDW reporting stream is, largely, a mitigant for an risk that we won’t have the front-end SF reporting established in time
- Generally assuring each process area achieves the appropriate level of reporting maturity at the SuccessFactors end, HRDW and any other channels before they go live.
Skills Required
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior experience working with HR and Payroll
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience in a retail industry will be looked on favourably
- Prior implementation experience desirable but not essential
