SAP Cutover Manager – 6 Month Contract
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to join a large-scale upgrade program. This is a 6-month contract based in Melbourne, offering a hybrid working arrangement.

The Role

You will take ownership of end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a complex SAP upgrade, ensuring a seamless transition into go-live. This is a highly visible role working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the cutover strategy, plan, and schedule
• Coordinate cutover activities across multiple streams including Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain
• Lead cutover rehearsals, mock runs, and readiness assessments
• Manage dependencies, risks, and critical path activities
• Work closely with business, IT, and system integrator teams to ensure alignment
• Oversee go-live execution and provide post-go-live support coordination

🔹 About You

• Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large transformation or upgrade programs
• Strong understanding of multi-stream SAP environments (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain)
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering cutover within tight timelines and high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
