Payroll Project Manager
Our client is looking to uplift and consolidate their various payroll applications across the globe covering more than 40+ counties. In this role you will be responsible to manage timelines, budgets, resource allocation and stakeholder engagement. This is a global role, commencing during project inception which will see you have the opportunity to contribute to project strategy, feasibility and key decision making for this multiyear program of work.
Duties
- Develop, maintain, and manage a customised plan project plan, tailored to requirements, outlining deliverables, milestones, critical path items and actions.
- Provide on-the-ground support to the Programme Manager to help execute the planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running of the programme.
- Manage the progress of the programme by following up on action items and flagging any approval requirements.
- Track programme progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, highlighting risks and issues, and providing sufficient project details, metrics, and assessments as warranted.
- Building and maintaining relationships with our cross functional teams to ensure that project scope is maintained and that change control procedures are adhered to.
- Collaborating and own vendor relationships to ensure all external activities are captured in project plan and delivered to a successful outcome.
Skills & experience
- 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager
- Strong experience managing payroll related projects across a various different applications and solutions with particular focus on SAP, ADP and SAP SuccessFactors integration
- Strong background in managing and executing complex global projects/programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent time management and conflict resolution experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple teams.
