We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead – Data Transition to lead the end-to-end data migration and readiness agenda for a major SAP transformation program.
This is not a technical data migration role. We are looking for a senior delivery leader who can orchestrate multiple teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure data is migrated, validated, reconciled and trusted at go-live.
You will act as the central point of coordination across Data Migration, Data & Analytics and TM1 workstreams, ensuring all data-related activities are integrated into the broader program plan and aligned to testing, cutover and deployment milestones.
This role will suit someone who has led data workstreams within large-scale ERP programs and understands how to drive outcomes across business, technology and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration and readiness activities across the SAP transformation program.
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery of migration, reporting and planning outcomes.
- Drive data validation, reconciliation and business sign-off processes.
- Manage integrated planning, critical dependencies and alignment with testing, cutover and go-live activities.
- Oversee vendor performance, delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
- Partner with business, finance and technology stakeholders to support decision-making and readiness.
- Ensure reporting, analytics and TM1 solutions are validated and ready for business use at go-live.
- Provide governance, status reporting and visibility of data readiness across the program.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading data migration delivery within large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably SAP
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-stream data initiatives across ERP and downstream applications (such as POS, WMS, Merchandise Systems), as well as analytics, reporting, and financial planning tools (e.g. TM1).
- Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle, governance, and validation practices.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and delivery partners within complex transformation environments.
- Experience supporting downstream reporting, analytics, financial planning or enterprise data platforms.
- Strong understanding of integrated planning, critical path management and program dependencies.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior business stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Strong delivery focus with the ability to balance governance, risk management and execution.
