Change Analyst – SAP ECC Implementation 

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Change Analyst to join a large-scale SAP ECC rollout based in Auckland. Working as part of a high-performing Change team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful adoption of new Finance and Procurement processes across the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative project team delivering a significant enterprise transformation, where you'll work alongside experienced Change professionals and have the opportunity to contribute new ideas, particularly around the use of technology to improve change delivery.

About the Role

Reporting to the Program Change Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of change activities across the Finance and Procurement workstreams, ensuring business stakeholders are engaged, prepared and ready for change.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting organisational change activities across the SAP implementation.
• Conducting stakeholder and change impact assessments.
• Developing change and communication plans.
• Creating engaging communications and change collateral.
• Supporting business readiness activities.
• Assisting with training coordination and user adoption initiatives.
• Working closely with project managers, business stakeholders and functional teams.
• Monitoring change progress and identifying risks or opportunities to improve adoption.

About You

You are an experienced Change Analyst who enjoys working on complex transformation programs and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also have a real interest in technology and how it can be utilised in the change space for a more efficient way of working.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience as a Change Analyst on large business or technology transformation projects.
• Exposure to ERP implementations, ideally SAP
• Experience supporting Finance and/or Procurement business functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing change impacts, communications and business readiness activities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative and proactive approach.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, and how they can enhance change management outcomes.

Desirable

• SAP implementation experience.
• Prosci, ADKAR or other Change Management certification.
• Experience working within large enterprise or complex transformation programs.
