Business Analyst 

A leading utilities organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital team on an initial 6-month contract engagement, with strong potential for extension.

Working within a collaborative delivery environment, you will partner with business stakeholders and digital teams to capture requirements, document use cases, support solution delivery, and contribute to ongoing application enhancements and onboarding initiatives.

• $700-$850 daily

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Develop user stories, process maps, and problem statements
• Capture and document business rules, personas, systems, and data requirements
• Identify and assess change impacts associated with proposed solutions
• Develop and support test cases and testing activities
• Assist in triaging enhancement requests and delivery priorities through Jira
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, system specialists, and process teams

Desired Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital or technology environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience working with Jira or Jira Service Management
• Understanding of software development and delivery processes
• Exposure to change management methodologies such as PROSCI is advantageous
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
