HR/Onboarding Administrator

Our client is looking for an Onboarding/HR Administrator for an immediate start in Melbourne. You will be responsible for contacting contractors, organising start details and finalising all documentation for the onboarding process. 

Skills Required

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Prior experience in an administration role
  • Any HR or Onboarding experience would be a bonus but not essential
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
  • Computer literate
  • Must be confident in liaising with contractors over the phone
  • Must be committed, enthusiastic, driven to succeed, wants to learn
  • Must be available to start immediately
